The All Access Membership

Full terms

1. Price: $149.99 per month, charged on your billing date. Prepaid 3/6/9/12-month terms are charged once at the listed total plus the card fee shown at checkout.
2. Access: unlimited coworking visits, up to 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday), only during open hours. Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM. No access cards or keys are issued for after-hours entry. The "24 days" shown on our offer cards describes a typical month and is not a limit.
3. Includes shared (non-exclusive) seating, member access to lounges and café areas, and member programming as offered from time to time. Programming, amenities and seating may change.
4. Renewal and cancellation: Your membership renews automatically each month and your card is charged the monthly price until you cancel. Cancel at any time by emailing information@office-logic.co. Access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, your next monthly charge will not be taken, and there are no prorated refunds for partly used months.
5. If you buy a 3, 6, 9 or 12-month prepaid term instead, you pay once (by card, or with Afterpay if approved), the term does not renew automatically, and unused time is not refunded.
6. Pause: you may ask to pause for up to 30 days by emailing information@office-logic.co before the pause starts.
7. Membership activation: The HUB's team sets up your member check-in after payment is confirmed. Your member pass is personal and may not be shared.

The Light Membership

Full terms

1. Price: $99 per month, charged on your billing date. Prepaid 3/6/9/12-month terms are charged once at the listed total plus the card fee shown at checkout.
2. Access: up to 12 coworking days in each calendar month (the 1st through the last day of the month, Miami time), and no more than 3 days in any Monday–Saturday week. You choose the days. Each date you check in counts as one day; checking in again on the same date does not use another day. Visits are only during open hours; Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM. Unused days expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over. If you need more days, All Access covers up to 6 days per week.

Single Day Pass

Full terms

1. Price: $24.99 per person, plus the card processing fee shown before checkout. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is complete.
2. Use: one coworking day for the named person on the booked date, during open hours (Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM). Amenities are those described on the offer page at the time you book.
3. Rescheduling: you may reschedule once by contacting information@office-logic.co at least 24 hours before your booked date, subject to availability.
4. No-shows and late cancellations: if you do not attend, or cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours ahead, the pass is used. Day passes have no cash refund, except where a refund is required by law or The HUB cancels your visit.

5-Pack Day Passes

Full terms

1. Price: $100 for five coworking visits, plus the card processing fee shown before checkout.
2. Expiry: all five visits must be used within six months after your payment is confirmed. Any visits not used by then expire and do not roll over or convert to credit.
3. Use: one visit is one coworking day during open hours (Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM). Visits are for the purchaser only; the pack may not be transferred, shared or resold.
4. Refunds: 5-Pack purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Free 1-Day Trial (Free Day Pass)

Full terms

1. Eligibility: one free trial day per individual every six months. The HUB may decline repeat requests.
2. Use: valid only on the reserved date, which must be a Monday–Thursday or Saturday, during open hours (Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM). Fridays are covered by Free Coworking Friday instead.
3. The trial has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be moved to another date without The HUB's confirmation.

Free Coworking Friday

Full terms

1. Use: free coworking, including Wi-Fi and coffee, on the specific Friday you register for, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. The registration is not valid on any other day.
2. Registration is required for each person. The pass has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
3. Free Coworking Friday is separate from the Free 1-Day Trial and does not count toward it.

General terms (all offers)

1. These terms are a license agreement between you and Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, 1501 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 501, Miami, FL 33132. They give you a personal, revocable license to use shared areas of The HUB as described for your plan or pass. They do not create a lease, tenancy or any property interest, and do not give you exclusive use of any space.
2. You must be 18 or older to accept these terms. Minors may attend only if a parent or legal guardian arranges the visit with The HUB's team and accepts these terms for them; please email information@office-logic.co.
3. Photo or marketing consent is never part of these terms; The HUB will ask separately if it wants to feature you.
4. The HUB may update its rules with notice; the version you accepted applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by Florida law. Questions: information@office-logic.co.

Workspace rules

• Access is personal and non-transferable. Check in yourself, every visit, with your own QR code or 5-digit code. Never share your code.
• Desks and seating are shared and non-exclusive, on a first-come basis. Specific desks, rooms and amenities are not guaranteed.
• Use the space only during open hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (closed Sundays and posted holidays). No overnight stays.
• Coworking does not include using The HUB's address as your business or mailing address, or receiving mail or packages, unless you have a separate agreement for that service.
• Guests must register and check in themselves, and must accept these terms on their own. If you bring a guest, you are responsible for their conduct while they are here.
• Treat everyone with respect. No discrimination, harassment, threats or violence. No illegal activity, no weapons, and nothing that disrupts others.
• Protect other people's confidential information. Do not read, copy or share anything you see or overhear.
• Do not photograph, film or record (audio or video) other people without their consent.
• Look after the space and equipment. You will pay for damage caused by you or your guests, beyond ordinary wear and tear.
• Keep your belongings with you or secured. The HUB is not a storage service.
• The Wi-Fi network is shared and provided as-is. We can't guarantee uninterrupted or secure access, so protect your own devices and data.
• The HUB may refuse or end access, without refund, for anyone who breaks these rules.

Parking

Parking is not included. Parking validation brings the attached garage to $10 for the whole day. A monthly ABM parking card is available for $128 per month as a separate, optional service.

Your acceptance record and privacy

When you sign, we keep a business and legal record of it: your typed name, email, the offer, the exact agreement text and version you accepted (with a digital fingerprint of that text), and the time our server received it. We link it to your booking or pass so our staff can find it. We do not record your IP address or device for this. We keep these records as long as needed for our business and legal records.
