5-Pack Day Passes Agreement

Provided by Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, 1501 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 501, Miami, FL 33132. Open Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (closed Sundays and posted holidays).

In short

  • $100 for five Day Passes (five booked coworking days), plus the card fee shown at checkout (2.9% + $0.30).
  • Every pass must be used within six months after payment. Unused visits expire then; no rollover.
  • Temporary, personal use of the shared premises. Not a membership; no mailbox or mailing address. Non-transferable.
  • Same booking, hours, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules as the Single Day Pass. Once any visit is used, the unused balance is not refundable.

5-Pack Day Passes terms

  1. Price: $100 for five Day Passes, plus the card processing fee shown before checkout.
  2. Use: each pass is one booked coworking day for the purchaser during open hours (Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM). This is a temporary, personal license to use the shared premises; it is not a membership and does not include a mailbox, mailing address or mail handling. Passes may not be transferred, shared or resold.
  3. Expiry: all five visits must be used within six months after your payment is confirmed. Any visits not used by then expire and do not roll over or convert to credit.
  4. Booking and rescheduling: each visit is booked for a date like a Single Day Pass. You may reschedule a booked visit once by contacting information@office-logic.co at least 24 hours before that date, subject to availability and to the six-month period.
  5. No-shows and late cancellations: if you do not attend a booked visit, or cancel or reschedule it less than 24 hours ahead, that visit is used.
  6. Refunds: no cash refunds, except where a refund is required by law or The HUB cancels your visit (in which case the visit is restored or refunded, as with a Day Pass). Once any visit in the pack has been used, there is no refund for the unused balance.

Assumption of risk and release (please read)

Using a shared workspace involves ordinary risks, such as slips, trips and falls; bumping into furniture, doors or equipment; hot drinks and kitchen appliances; elevators, stairs and the parking garage; other people's conduct; and loss of, theft of or damage to personal belongings. You choose to use the space knowing these risks and agree to take reasonable care.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, you release Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, its owners, staff and agents from claims for ordinary negligence arising from your use of the space, and from loss of or damage to personal property you bring.

This release does not apply to injury or loss caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct or any other conduct that Florida law does not allow to be released, and it does not waive any right that cannot legally be waived. It does not mean The HUB is free of all responsibility, and it does not promise that any insurance covers you.

If you are hurt or something goes wrong, tell The HUB's staff right away.

General terms

  1. These terms are a license agreement between you and Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, 1501 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 501, Miami, FL 33132. They give you a personal, revocable license to use shared areas of The HUB as described for your plan or pass. They do not create a lease, tenancy or any property interest, and do not give you exclusive use of any space.
  2. You must be 18 or older to accept these terms. Minors may attend only if a parent or legal guardian arranges the visit with The HUB's team and accepts these terms for them; please email information@office-logic.co.
  3. The HUB may update its rules with notice; the version you accepted applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by Florida law. Questions: information@office-logic.co.

Workspace rules

  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Check in yourself, every visit, with your own QR code or 5-digit code. Never share your code.
  • Desks and seating are shared and non-exclusive, on a first-come basis. Specific desks, rooms and amenities are not guaranteed.
  • Use the space only during open hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (closed Sundays and posted holidays). No overnight stays.
  • Day passes and free visits do not include using The HUB's address as your business or mailing address, or receiving mail or packages. Memberships include only the mail service described in the membership agreement.
  • Guests must register and check in themselves, and must accept these terms on their own. If you bring a guest, you are responsible for their conduct while they are here.
  • Treat everyone with respect. No discrimination, harassment, threats or violence. No illegal activity, no weapons, and nothing that disrupts others.
  • Protect other people's confidential information. Do not read, copy or share anything you see or overhear.
  • Do not photograph, film or record (audio or video) other people without their consent.
  • Look after the space and equipment. You will pay for damage caused by you or your guests, beyond ordinary wear and tear.
  • Keep your belongings with you or secured. The HUB is not a storage service.
  • The Wi-Fi network is shared and provided as-is. We can't guarantee uninterrupted or secure access, so protect your own devices and data.
  • The HUB may refuse or end access, without refund, for anyone who breaks these rules.

Parking

Parking is not included. Parking validation brings the attached garage to $10 for the whole day. A monthly ABM parking card is available for $128 per month as a separate, optional service.

Your acceptance record and privacy

When you sign, we keep a business and legal record of it: your typed name, email, the offer, any initial membership period you chose, the exact agreement text and version you accepted (with a digital fingerprint of that text), and the time our server received it. We link it to your booking or pass so our staff can find it. We do not record your IP address or device for this. We keep these records as long as needed for our business and legal records.
