In short

  • One free coworking day per individual every six months, on a Monday–Thursday or Saturday (not Fridays or Sundays).
  • Valid only for the reserved date and named person. No cash value; cannot be transferred.

Free 1-Day Trial (Free Day Pass) terms

  1. Eligibility: one free trial day per individual every six months. The HUB may decline repeat requests.
  2. Use: valid only on the reserved date, which must be a Monday–Thursday or Saturday, during open hours (Saturday access ends at 6:00 PM). Fridays are covered by Free Coworking Friday instead.
  3. The trial has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be moved to another date without The HUB's confirmation.

Assumption of risk and release (please read)

Using a shared workspace involves ordinary risks, such as slips, trips and falls; bumping into furniture, doors or equipment; hot drinks and kitchen appliances; elevators, stairs and the parking garage; other people's conduct; and loss of, theft of or damage to personal belongings. You choose to use the space knowing these risks and agree to take reasonable care.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, you release Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, its owners, staff and agents from claims for ordinary negligence arising from your use of the space, and from loss of or damage to personal property you bring.

This release does not apply to injury or loss caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct or any other conduct that Florida law does not allow to be released, and it does not waive any right that cannot legally be waived. It does not mean The HUB is free of all responsibility, and it does not promise that any insurance covers you.

If you are hurt or something goes wrong, tell The HUB's staff right away.

General terms

  1. These terms are a license agreement between you and Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, 1501 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 501, Miami, FL 33132. They give you a personal, revocable license to use shared areas of The HUB as described for your plan or pass. They do not create a lease, tenancy or any property interest, and do not give you exclusive use of any space.
  2. You must be 18 or older to accept these terms. Minors may attend only if a parent or legal guardian arranges the visit with The HUB's team and accepts these terms for them; please email information@office-logic.co.
  3. Photo or video consent is a separate, optional choice shown next to this agreement. It is not required, it is unchecked unless you tick it, and saying no does not affect your signup, booking or access.
  4. The HUB may update its rules with notice; the version you accepted applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by Florida law. Questions: information@office-logic.co.

Workspace rules

  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Check in yourself, every visit, with your own QR code or 5-digit code. Never share your code.
  • Desks and seating are shared and non-exclusive, on a first-come basis. Specific desks, rooms and amenities are not guaranteed.
  • Use the space only during open hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (closed Sundays and posted holidays). No overnight stays.
  • Day passes and free visits do not include using The HUB's address as your business or mailing address, or receiving mail or packages. Memberships include only the mail service described in the membership agreement.
  • Guests must register and check in themselves, and must accept these terms on their own. If you bring a guest, you are responsible for their conduct while they are here.
  • Treat everyone with respect. No discrimination, harassment, threats or violence. No illegal activity, no weapons, and nothing that disrupts others.
  • Protect other people's confidential information. Do not read, copy or share anything you see or overhear.
  • Do not photograph, film or record (audio or video) other people without their consent.
  • Look after the space and equipment. You will pay for damage caused by you or your guests, beyond ordinary wear and tear.
  • Keep your belongings with you or secured. The HUB is not a storage service.
  • The Wi-Fi network is shared and provided as-is. We can't guarantee uninterrupted or secure access, so protect your own devices and data.
  • The HUB may refuse or end access, without refund, for anyone who breaks these rules.

Parking

Parking is not included. Parking validation brings the attached garage to $10 for the whole day. A monthly ABM parking card is available for $128 per month as a separate, optional service.

Your acceptance record and privacy

When you sign, we keep a business and legal record of it: your typed name, email, the offer, any initial membership period you chose, the exact agreement text and version you accepted (with a digital fingerprint of that text), and the time our server received it. We link it to your booking or pass so our staff can find it. We do not record your IP address or device for this. We keep these records as long as needed for our business and legal records. Optional photo/video consent

Shown as a separate, unchecked box when you sign. It is not required.

Optional: I agree that The HUB may photograph or film me in its shared spaces and use those images or recordings on its website, social media and marketing materials. This is my choice; saying no does not affect my signup, booking or access, and I can withdraw it for future use at any time by emailing information@office-logic.co.
