The Light Membership Agreement

1. Parties and what this agreement is

• This Light Membership agreement is between you (the member named on the signup) and Office Logic, LLC d/b/a The HUB @ Office Logic, 1501 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 501, Miami, FL 33132 ("The HUB").
• It gives you a personal, revocable license to use The HUB's shared coworking areas as described below. It is not a lease or rental, it does not create a tenancy or any property interest, and it does not give you exclusive use of any desk, room or space.

2. Access

• You may use The HUB on up to 3 distinct visit days in any Monday–Saturday week, and on no more than 12 distinct visit days in each calendar month (the 1st through the last day of the month, Miami time). You choose the days. Each date you check in counts as one day; checking in again on the same date does not use another day. Unused days expire at the end of each week or calendar month and do not roll over. If you need more days, All Access covers up to 6 days per week.
• Access is only during open hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. The HUB is closed on Sundays and posted holidays.
• This membership does not include 24/7 or after-hours access, and no after-hours keys or access cards are issued. 24/7 access is available only by upgrading to a desk/workstation or private office membership under a separate agreement.
• Each visit you check in yourself at the front desk with your own member QR code or 5-digit code. Seating is shared and first-come; specific desks, rooms and amenities are not guaranteed.

3. Initial membership period and renewal

• At signup you choose an initial membership period: monthly, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. That choice is your initial commitment and is recorded with your signed agreement.
• After the initial period ends, your membership continues month-to-month automatically unless you give notice as described in section 5.
• There is no early-termination fee.

4. Monthly billing

• The membership price is $99 per month, whichever initial period you choose. Your card is charged $99 at signup and again each month on your billing date until the membership ends. Billing is always monthly; the initial period is not paid in advance.
• The HUB's team activates your member check-in after your first payment is confirmed.
• If a monthly payment fails, The HUB may pause your access until it is paid.

5. Cancellation and notice

• To cancel, or to stop the membership from continuing after your initial period, you must give at least 30 days' written notice by email to information@office-logic.co.
• Your membership ends at the end of the billing month in which the 30-day notice period runs out. Monthly charges continue until then, and access continues through the last paid billing month.
• There are no prorated refunds for partly used months.

6. Included services and their scope

• Shared (non-exclusive) coworking seating, Wi-Fi and common amenities on your visit days, during open hours.
• Mail receiving service, listed separately at $30/month, is included in your Light price at no added charge while your membership is active: a HUB mailing address, with mail received and held for you at The HUB's front desk. It does not include mail scanning, mail forwarding or package acceptance.
• A front desk receptionist during open hours.
• Services are provided as described here. Any other service (for example mail forwarding or scanning, package handling, meeting room credits, a private desk or office) is not included unless The HUB confirms it in writing.

7. Personal, non-transferable membership

• Your membership, member pass and codes are personal to you. They may not be shared, transferred, resold or used by anyone else.

8. Guests

• Guests must register and check in themselves, and each adult guest must accept The HUB's terms individually. You are responsible for your guests' conduct while they are at The HUB. A guest's visit does not give them membership rights.

9. Shared workspace conduct

• You agree to follow the workspace rules below, including respectful conduct, protecting other people's confidential information, no recording of others without consent, and care of the space and equipment.

10. Suspension and termination for rule violations

• The HUB may suspend or end your membership, with notice where reasonable and without refund for the current month, if you or your guests seriously or repeatedly break this agreement or the workspace rules, or put people or property at risk.

11. Risk and liability

• The assumption of risk and release below applies to your membership. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond ordinary wear and tear. Keep your belongings with you or secured; The HUB is not a storage service.

12. Parking

• Parking is not included. Parking validation brings the attached garage to $10 for the whole day. A monthly ABM parking card is available for $128 per month as a separate, optional service.
