- Cancellations: refunds are given only when you cancel within 24 hours.

Where do I enter the building?
Enter at 453 NE 15th Street (Omni Garage side), not on Biscayne Blvd. In the 1st floor lobby go through the middle glass doors and take the office elevators to the 5th floor, Suite 501. Do not use the garage elevator.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking online in advance is recommended and takes about a minute. Your check-in email includes a QR code and 5-digit check-in number.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, closed Sunday. Bags must be picked up before closing.

- In the 1st floor lobby, go through the 2nd set of glass doors (the middle doors with Resorts World signs). The office elevators are right there.
- Take the office elevator to the 5th floor and walk to the end of the hallway. When you see the art display, you've arrived at Suite 501.
Uber, Lyft or map apps sometimes drop you on Biscayne Blvd. If that happens, walk around to the NE 15th Street entrance.
Do not use the garage elevator!
We don't want you to get lost. We're roughly 5–10 minutes by car from PortMiami (depending on traffic), and the Omni Metromover station is across the street. Secure indoor parking is $10.
