A New Partnership for Miami's Urban Core
Stemtree and The Hub are teaming up to bring hands-on, real-world STEM education — real code, real robotics, real science, not worksheets — to the Edgewater, Downtown, Midtown, Venetian Causeway, and Brickell communities. It's the same project-based approach families already trust from Stemtree of Coral Gables, now steps from home for Miami's urban core. Every session is still led on-site by a Stemtree educator, in small groups, inside a room built for the age group in it.

The Program runs in two dedicated rooms at The Hub, so younger and older students each get an experience built for their age and attention span.
The Explorers Room
- Real instruments, real questions. Microscopes, simple experiments, and guided observation — kids see science instead of just hearing about it.
- First steps in coding & robotics. Age-appropriate introductions to the same skills our older students build on later.
- Homework help available. A dedicated homework-help hour for students who want structured time to finish schoolwork.
- A Stemtree instructor, every session. Small groups, hands-on projects — the same teaching approach families know from Coral Gables.
The Innovators Room
- Python programming. Our most popular module — real code, real projects, from first script to something students can demo.
- 3D printing & design. Also a top pick — students design, iterate, and print their own parts.
- Homework help hour. Structured time to finish schoolwork before diving into STEM.
- More tracks on the way. Robotics, aerospace & flight science, and AI/machine learning are on Stemtree's roadmap for The Hub.

Multi-day breaks are marketed as a block; single closure days are booked and priced one day at a time. Dates are confirmed against the Key Point Academy and iPrep calendars before each is finalized. The Facility is fully closed (no camp offered) Nov 26–27, Dec 24–25, and Dec 31–Jan 1.
Price Sheet
All rates below are set by mutual agreement between Stemtree and The Hub and apply equally to every enrolled family.
Founding Family Rate — introductory pricing for early enrollees. Starts Monday, November 2, 2026.
$69 for a half day (8–12 or 12–4).
Five full camp days, Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM.
Sibling discount, applied to the second and each additional enrolled child.
Multi-day School Break weeks (Spring and Easter) are $449/wk. Key Point Academy and iPrep students receive 10% off every rate (codes KPA10 and IPREP10). Winter Break, New Year’s Eve, and Thanksgiving are 3-day Closure-Day Camps at the standard $99/day rate — ask The Hub front desk or Stemtree for current rates.

Who teaches the program?
Every session is led on-site by a qualified Stemtree instructor — the same teaching team and approach families already know from Stemtree of Coral Gables, not a subcontracted or rotating staff.
What ages are the two rooms for?
The Explorers Room serves younger students with day-camp-style, hands-on STEM. The Innovators Room serves older students with a skills-based menu (Python and 3D printing are the most popular) plus a dedicated homework-help hour. Ask The Hub front desk or Stemtree which room fits your child's age and grade.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes — 15% off tuition for the second and every additional enrolled sibling, on any program (After-School or Closure-Day Camps).
How do I register?

How does drop-off and pickup work?
Students are released only to a parent, guardian, or an individual you've designated in writing or through same-day check-in.
What if my child has allergies or a medical need?
Your intake form captures this up front, and it's on file with your Stemtree instructor for every session.
Is homework help included?
Yes — both rooms include a dedicated homework-help hour for students who want structured time to finish schoolwork.

Is there a Saturday program?
Not yet — Stemtree and The Hub are discussing a future Saturday program. No launch date has been set.
